First, over a series of face-to-face meetings and a review of all relevant materials (books, tapes, DVD's, etc.) we give you a detailed and realistic evaluation of what we think your chances are, and if we feel that we can help you.

If we decide to work with you, we will carefully craft your skills, talents, experiences, hopes and dreams into a television and/or multi-platform format that fits you like a glove. We will never impose a format ON you, but work to create one that IS you.

Then we develop a program to help get you to the point where you can handle your own show. This could include media training -- which we personally supervise -- style consultation, hair and make-up, whatever it takes.

We then produce a 3-5 minute sales tape that sells you and the show with style, intelligence, wit and plenty of sizzle. In our experience, the sales tape is essential for success.

Finally, we use our extensive contacts and credibility with broadcasters to pitch and ultimately sell the show.

We are currently working with clients to develop shows not only in the U.S. but in the U.K., India and China.
